Paleo Diet Cookbook Paleo Recipes From A Paleo Diet Cookbook

And so, its refreshing to discover a good Paleo diet cookbook that offers a nice variety of quick recipes as well as elaborate ones.

Im so delighted with this discovery, so I feel like sharing a couple of stupidly delicious recipes which I learned from a ridiculously good Paleo diet cookbook!

And right after these recipes, Ill show you where to download a few quality Paleo oriented cookbooks. They are really handy.

Recipe No.1 Paleo Style Veggies and Fish Curry

Ingredients:

400 grams white fish fillets (thickly sliced)
400 grams coconut milk
2 tablespoons red curry paste
2 carrots (cut into thin strips)
2 cups red cabbage (thinly sliced)
Fresh coriander

Directions: Pour the red curry paste and coconut into a pan. Cook on medium heat for about 3 minutes and stir well. Next, put in the remaining ingredients, cover and let them simmer until fish has fully cooked. Serve this meal with fresh coriander leaves.

Recipe No.2 Special Paleo Cinnanut Dessert

Ingredients:

Cup of cinnamon
2 Cups of walnuts
1 Teaspoon vanilla
1 Cup of raw honey

Directions: Place all ingredients except for walnuts in a big bowl. Now, mix until the ingredients become a paste. Next, throw in the walnuts and keep stirring until the paste is nicely coated with those nuts. Finally, shape the paste into individual clumps and dehydrate them for about 24 to 30 hours.

The aforementioned Paleo diet cookbook has many more dessert recipes and this is one of the simpler ones. Sinfully yummy!
