This hobby can be joining an exercise group, drawing, cooking, gardening, hiking or etc.
- Take Control of Your Life: Most people work hard and some work very long hours but every once in a while, you need to take a break from this life and do something for yourself. Whether you go for a vacation or change your work style or even change your job completely, you need to take control of your life and lower your stress levels in order to maintain your health.
