Tracking leads with The Hub
The Hub can really save you time, as you avoid hopping around different apps for tracking leads. Just log in to The Hub, and you’re ready for business.
To save leads
Use the Hub to consolidate all the contact information you’ve gathered in one location.
- Log in to The Hub.
- Go to the left-hand column, and then click Clients.
- Click New client. The Create new client screen displays.
- From the Client type dropdown, select Lead, and then enter the remaining information.
- Click Save.
To view leads
Log in to The Hub and view your leads and move them along your sales funnel.
- Log in to The Hub.
- Go to the left-hand column, and then click Clients.
- Click Lead.
To convert leads
- Once you’ve converted a lead, add them to the rest of your clients in The Hub.
- Log in to The Hub.
- Go to the left-hand column, and then click Clients.
- Click Lead.
- Go to the lead you want to convert, and then from the three-dot menu, select Activate client. The Activate client modal displays.
- Click Activate.
